Established in 1969 HCM Engineering Limited is a independent, privately owned family business with experience in all areas of Toolmaking for the Design & Manufacture of aluminium die cast tooling with a cross section of industries from Automotive – on and off road, Agriculture/Construction, Electrical, Oil and Gas, Leisure and lifestyle.
HCM has a long-standing apprenticeship scheme dating back to the 1980’s with currently 75% of our employees being trained at HCM. We believe in creating a family atmosphere who invest in their people.

We specialise in the Design and manufacture of tooling for lightweight and environmental applications. Dies and core boxes for challenging new products are our speciality. Complete tooling cells can be specified and manufactured alongside the machines and ancillary equipment.
We also offer front end design for manufacture (DFM) of the cast parts through feasibility, redesign, simulation, tooling considerations and final sample support to ensure best cost and delivery times are met.
